WEEKEND STRETCH
Release muscular tension from the week
We will work though a variety of different postures for a full body release. You will work on body and posture awareness as well as improving functional flexibility and mobility.

High Intensity Interval Training.
In this high energy bodyweight class you will put both your muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness to the ultimate test. Short bursts of intense exercise will get the heart racing and the muscles working to their maximum ability. This style of class increases muscle power and shreds body fat.
