We provide bespoke personal training, either in the comfort of your own home, or in our own personal training studio. If you are not local, or you are classed as a vulnerable person, in this current climate, this service can also be delivered online.

"I began training with Cav in January 2016, as a complete beginner. The workouts are always challenging, yet fun, and Cav has tailored the exercises to my needs perfectly. The sessions are always different with a mixture of body-weight, cardio, HIT, boxing and Pilates. In over four years, I have never done the same workout twice! We have recently started to include deep stretching and I have seen huge improvements in my flexibility and balance. I have built and maintained great strength in my core and it was clear, even after the first few sessions, how much progress I was making with my fitness. From being unable to do a full press-up and no more than 5 burpees, to doing over 100 burpees and press-ups in one session!"
